Inbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) Offline
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will have experience in SaaS sales and a proven ability to convert inbound leads into qualified opportunities. As an Inbound SDR, you will play a crucial role in our sales pipeline by engaging with marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) and sign-ups to schedule demo calls for Account Executives (AEs).
Responsibilities
- Proactively engage with inbound leads from marketing campaigns, website sign-ups, and other channels to qualify prospects.
- Conduct discovery conversations with leads to understand their needs and determine if there is a fit.
- Efficiently schedule and coordinate demo calls or meetings between qualified prospects and AEs.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions and activities in the CRM system (HubSpot preferred).
- Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure seamless handoffs and alignment on lead follow-up strategies.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead qualification and demo scheduling.
- Continuously refine outreach messaging and strategies to improve conversion rates.
- Provide feedback to the marketing team on lead quality and patterns observed in inbound inquiries.
Requirements
- At least 6 months of experience as an SDR or in a similar role within a SaaS company.
- Proven ability to manage inbound leads and qualify them effectively.
- Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with HubSpot CRM or similar tools is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- High level of self-motivation and a proactive approach to achieving goals.
- A customer-centric mindset with the ability to build rapport quickly and effectively.
