Your scope of responsibility:
- Own the full sales cycle — from first touch to closing the deal, and beyond: upsells, cross-sells, partnerships
- Explore and grow new markets in Web3 / Crypto / FinTech through research, networking, events
- Initiate and attend meetings, expos, forums — not to tick a box, but to bring back leads and signed deals
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients, with a deep understanding of their business needs
- Craft compelling proposals, presentations, sales scripts, and messaging — you don’t wait for marketing, you act
- Keep CRM hygiene high — clean pipelines, full data, deal transparency for the entire team
- Collaborate with product, support, and onboarding teams — your client doesn't disappear after signing the contract
Who we’re looking for:
- A professional with 5+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in tech or niche markets — with a real deal-closing portfolio
- A seasoned player with 3+ years in Web3 / Crypto / FinTech / Forex / Blockchain — you’ve sold in these industries
- A confident English communicator (B2+ spoken / C1 preferred) — you don’t translate in your head, you negotiate and close
- A strategic thinker with deep understanding of B2B numbers, market logic, and customer behavior
- Someone who knows how to work with value-based selling, build strong customer cases, handle objections, and write follow-ups that convert
- A proactive team player — you don’t need micromanagement, but you always keep the team aligned
