Customer Support Specialist

Responsibilities
- Effectively address customer inquiries via chat & email.
- Monitor and respond to feedback on social media.
- Maintain professionalism when owning customer interactions.
- Take responsibility for your work.
- Identify, document, and follow up with engineers on product bugs and features.
- Identify trends in customer requests and suggest improvements to processes and products.
- Collaborate with members of other teams.
Requirements
- Strong natural will to help other people.
- Fluency in English with no or minimal accent and clear communication skills.
- Motivation and passion for getting work done properly.
- Ability to learn quickly.
