Application and ad-platform support / administrator

Bulls Media is looking for an Application administrator to be responsible for the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of applications and ad-platforms within our company. You will be part of the IT team. The main tools you will be managing are our ticketing system (Freshdesk), our management system (Monday), our communication system (Slack) , self developed software , third-party SAAS applications and more.

 

What You will do

  • The position is responsible for the overall integration, configuration, and operation of several systems (such as Monday, Freshdesk, Slack, Integromat/Make, marketing tools), as well as their continuous improvement for all user groups.
  • Assist with implementation of new systems as needed to support evolving processes and critically evaluate our use of systems with a view to improve global efficiency.
  • Monitoring and updating configuration of tools and systems according to changes in business needs
  • Work with our development team to create integrations between applications
  • Work with account managers to integrate websites and ad platforms, to ensure smooth operations.
  • Investigate any bugs or issues with any of the systems that are being used
  • Work with business owners and marketing teams to understand system needs and requirements.
  • Communicate with vendors supports for any improvements/ bugs resolution
  • Maintain system documentation
  • Interact with users and evaluate vendor products
  • Provides advice and training to end-users
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any reported problems
  • Enable best practices
  • Process automation
  • Plan and coordinate testing changes, upgrades, and new services, ensuring systems will operate correctly in current and future environments

The experience you will need to successfully complete tasks:

  • 2-4 years experience in software implementation and configuration with proven ability to create codeless integration between applications and system automations. 
  • Experience with implementing and integrating projects across teams.
  • Hands on experience in process automation, best practice approach, technology efficiency, and effectiveness.
  • Understand the workflow and process requirements of complex application systems.
  • Ability to read and understand documentation, as well as create documentation for new and existing processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to be the subject matter expert in supporting, maintaining, and administering applications.
  • Ability to effectively interface with technical and nontechnical staff at all organizational levels.
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently, and takes initiative.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Outstanding attention to detail with superior time and project management skills.
  • Ability to learn new content areas and new skills quickly and well required.
  • Professional attitude and work habits.
  • Understands business functions related to the application.
  • Ability to work through ambiguous work situations.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented.
  • Upper-intermediate in English.
  • Strong team player that enjoys teamwork and taking on new challenges in this dynamic environment.
  • Good knowledge of excel / Google sheet - big advantage
  • Experience with Make(Integromat), Zapier, Monday, - advantage.
