Overview:

As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will ensure the highest standards of quality in our software solutions through testing and evaluation. The ideal candidate will be proficient in various testing methodologies, a good communicator, and has a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities:

• Test Software: Conduct manual testing of software to ensure it meets our standards
• Functional Testing: Test new features for functionality to ensure they perform correctly within the application and across all Talkatoo products
• Regression Testing: Ensure new code integrations do not adversely affect existing functionality
• Develop Test Plans and Strategies: Create detailed test plans and strategies that outline testing scope, objectives, and procedures
• Explore and Implement Testing Strategies: Investigate new testing technologies and methodologies to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness
• Collaborate with Development Teams: Work closely with developers through iterative testing and feedback for a timely resolution
• Generate Reports: Compile detailed reports summarizing test results, methodologies, and areas for improvement
• Evaluate UI/UX: Assess software interfaces and user experiences to ensure they are intuitive and user-friendly

Qualifications:

Experience in software quality assurance

Strong knowledge of testing methodologies

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
