Your role is to make these workflows clear, usable, and powerful.

We’re looking for a UI/UX Designer who wants ownership, works closely with Product and Engineering, and helps strengthen design inside ThingsBoard.

What you’ll be responsible for:
 

• Designing data-heavy interfaces:
  • Dashboards;
  • Analytics;
  • Monitoring systems.
• Simplifying complex system logic into:
  • Clear user flows;
  • Understandable UI states;
  • Predictable interactions.
• Working on configuration-heavy features:
  • Rule chains;
  • Automation logic;
  • Device setup flows.
• Driving design decisions in close collaboration with Product & Engineering.
• Maintaining a design system for both designers and developers.

What we expect from your experience
 

Must-have:

• A strong portfolio demonstrating a thoughtful approach to solving design challenges.
• 2+ years of experience in UI/UX design.
• Experience with building and maintaining design systems.
• Ability to work closely with developers and a solid understanding of technical constraints.
• Experience with rapid and iterative prototyping using AI-assisted tools (e.g., Claude Code).
• Deep understanding of UX/UI principles, laws, and design patterns.
• Strong skills in presenting and defending design decisions to stakeholders.
• The ability to accept constructive feedback.
   

Nice-to-have

• Experience and understanding of user research and usability testing to drive product improvements.
• Familiarity with Material Design 2 and an understanding of Angular.
• Experience working on complex B2B systems.

About the role

We’re looking for a recruiter who will take full ownership of hiring and turn it into a structured, efficient, and scalable system.

This is not a support role. You will be responsible for how recruitment actually works in the company - from processes and speed to the quality of hires.

You’ll work with both technical and non-technical roles, collaborate closely with the HRD and CEO, and focus heavily on automation, AI, and continuous improvement.

At the beginning, you will work closely with the HRD, learning the current processes and helping improve them. Over time, the goal is to build a strong partnership between the HRD and the Recruiter to achieve the best hiring results.
 

Role Mission

Take full ownership of recruitment and transform it into a fast, structured, and scalable system that consistently brings strong talent into the company and supports product growth.
 

Key Results (6 -12 months)

• Recruitment is fully owned and operates independently without constant involvement from HRD;
• Hiring processes are clearly defined, structured, and consistently followed;
• Time-to-hire is reduced while maintaining the high quality of candidates;
• Hiring managers understand their role and actively participate in hiring;
• AI and automation are implemented and used in daily workflows;
• Candidate pipelines are transparent, predictable, and easy to manage;
• Strong hires are made consistently across both technical and non-technical roles;
• A strong and effective partnership is built with HRD and the CEO.
   

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruitment (sourcing → hiring) for tech and non-tech roles;
• Audit current hiring processes and identify gaps and inefficiencies;
• Redesign and optimize recruitment workflows;
• Implement and scale AI tools and automation in sourcing, screening, and communication;
• Partner with hiring managers to define clear hiring criteria and expectations;
• Collaborate closely with HRD and CEO on hiring strategy and priorities;
• Drive faster hiring without compromising quality;
• Build structured pipelines and ensure visibility across all stages;
• Continuously improve candidate experience;
• Track and improve key recruitment metrics.

RequirementsMust-have

• 4+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment;
• Proven experience closing both technical and non-technical roles;
• Experience working with or hiring for product companies;

• English level: Intermediate or higher.

• Experience building or scaling recruitment processes;

We are looking for a Frontend Developer who will take full ownership of the client-side part of the product and help us elevate the interface to the next level. This role is for someone who enjoys influencing the product and seeing the results of their work every day.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of the Angular framework and at least 2 years of experience building complex interfaces.
• Confident use of RxJS for managing data streams and complex application states.
• Experience working with REST APIs and solid understanding of frontend–backend interaction principles.
• Proficient use of Git and experience working in product teams where code quality matters.

• Fluent spoken English for regular communication and technical demos with clients.

   

Responsibilities

• End-to-end development - from discussing ideas with the team to deploying finished features to production.
• Maintaining the existing codebase of the analytics platform.
• Communicating with clients.
• Independently testing your code and validating results before release.
• Participating in product planning and proposing new features.

• Collaborating with the team to build a scalable and well-structured frontend architecture.

• Experience working with Figma: pixel-perfect implementation and understanding of design systems.
• Experience using AI assistants to speed up development.
• Experience with data visualization libraries and building complex charts.
• Analytical thinking: ability to understand the logic behind the displayed data.

• Basic UI/UX design skills: ability to independently refine the interface to ensure it is intuitive and user-friendly.

• Друк: візитні картки, брошури, флаєри, матеріали для подій/стендів (за потреби).
• Мерч (нестандартний): концепції та дизайни для худі/футболок, кухлів, сумок-тоут, наліпок тощо з потужними ідеями та візуальними ефектами «вау».
• Рекламні креативи: банери/зміна розміру/варіації, A/B-підхід, адаптація для платформ (Meta/LinkedIn/Google).
• Додатково: GIF/motion (циклічна анімація), базовий відеомонтаж або motion lower-thirds/оверлеї.
   

Nice to have:

• Motion/GIF: After Effects / Premiere / CapCut / Canva Animate.
• Відео: короткі промо-ролики, монтаж скрінкастів, титри/оверлеї.
• Інструменти штучного інтелекту у виробництві: для пришвидшення ідей/варіацій/рутинної роботи (генерація, ретуш, масштабування, варіації) з обов'язковим ручним доопрацюванням відповідно до бренду.
• Англійсь рівня А2-В2.
