Sourcer(Media Buying)

We are looking for a Sourcer to join our team!

Responsibilities

Source and identify candidates for roles in igaming 

Use online job boards, social media, networking, and direct outreach for sourcing.

Develop and maintain a candidate pipeline.

Conduct initial screenings to assess qualifications and cultural fit.

Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Specialists and hiring managers.

Manage and update candidate databases.

Provide regular reports on sourcing activities.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Sourcer, ideally in the gaming and online casino market.

Understanding of affiliate marketing roles, especially media buyers.

Skilled in Boolean searches, social media, and networking.

Familiar with applicant tracking systems (ATS).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and in a team.

Highly organized with attention to detail.

Will be a plus:

Experience in a recruiting agency.

Knowledge of igaming.

Experience with high-volume recruitment.
