ATE Test Engineer Offline

We are looking for ATE Test Engineer to an international semiconductor company with headquarters in the United States. The growing team of silicon, hardware, software, and materials engineers is creating products with integrated magnetics that are far more cost and size-effective than any existing solutions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• ATE test program development for Chroma SoC Test System

• Implement and verify ATE test programs for characterization, qualification, and production on Chroma SoC Test System

• Define and implement HW for Load/DUT boards

• Design, debug, optimize, diagnose, and modify analog and digital electronics circuits for test equipment

• Production support

Must possess/demonstrate the following:

• Strong knowledge of C/C++

• Analog and digital electronic engineering fundamentals

• Effectively wield the electronics tools: oscilloscopes, multimeters, signal generator, power supplies

• Able to manage time efficiently and complete tasks on schedule

• Good written and verbal communication skills

Recommended/Desired Skills:

• Experience with scripting to automate engineering tasks and data analysis (Python)

• ATE test program development experience
