We’re looking for a Junior Product Manager with a creative mindset and a passion for tech education to join our dynamic content team. In this role, you’ll bring fresh perspectives, new ideas, and strategic thinking to help develop and enhance Codefinity’s course offerings. You’ll work closely with designers, content creators, and technical teams to drive course content that resonates with learners. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to dive into product management and contribute to crafting innovative learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with content creators, designers, and tech experts to develop engaging, high-quality learning materials. Bring a fresh, innovative approach to course design and learner engagement.
- Collect and review learner feedback to uncover insights, track engagement trends, and identify opportunities for content improvements.
- Use analytics to evaluate course performance, track trends, and inspire new ways to enhance the learning experience.
- Keep an eye on tech education, online learning, and product trends, and bring new ideas that can shape Codefinity’s offerings.

Requirements:
- Academic background in mathematics, computer science, or other related fields. We are open to candidates with unfinished degrees (currently in progress).
- A creative approach to problem-solving and a passion for shaping meaningful learning experiences.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.
- Creativity, artistic perspective.
- English upper intermediate or higher.
