Lead Fullstack Node.js (TypeScript) Developer Offline

We are looking for a talented Lead Fullstack Node.js Developer with a strong background in financial services and blockchain to join our growing team.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of scalable and secure web applications and backend services
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, and DevOps, to deliver high-quality products
• Design and maintain APIs and microservices architecture using Nest.js framework
• Manage and optimize MySQL databases and Redis NoSQL for efficient data handling
• Implement and manage message-driven microservices with RabbitMQ
• Collaborate with the team to define technical direction, best practices, and strategies
• Mentor junior developers, providing guidance on best coding practices and project requirements
• Ensure code quality and maintainability through code reviews and automated testing

• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies

   

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in fullstack development, with a focus on Node.js and TypeScript
• Strong expertise in Nest.js, MySQL, Redis, and RabbitMQ
• Proficiency in designing and optimizing relational and NoSQL databases
• Solid understanding of software design principles, data structures, and algorithms
• Experience in fintech, blockchain, or crypto technologies is highly preferred
• Proven experience in leading development teams or projects
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

   

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with blockchain technologies, smart contracts, or DeFi applications
• Experience in developing secure, scalable fintech applications
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and CI/CD processes
