Casino Manager Offline

ChampionClub – a new licensed operator in the Ukrainian market, working on its own platform and integrating the latest progressive trends in online gaming into its operations. We are looking for a Product Casino Manager to join our team and help us develop innovative casino solutions while delivering a unique experience for our users.
 

Responsibilities:

• Develop Product Strategy and Roadmap: Define the vision, strategy, and key stages of casino product development, aligning them with the company’s business objectives and market requirements.
• Product Launch Coordination: Work closely with customers, development teams, platform providers, and marketing departments to establish necessary agreements and ensure successful product launches.
• Backlog Prioritization and Requirements Management: Manage the product backlog, formulate requirements, and prioritize feature development based on business value and user needs.
• Product Performance Evaluation: Regularly monitor product performance metrics, identify areas for optimization, and implement improvements to enhance user satisfaction.

• Market and Competitor Analysis: Conduct market research, track trends, innovations, and competitor products to introduce new features and maintain the product’s competitive edge.

   

Required skills (knowledge):

• Proven experience in product management (preferably in the gaming industry or online casino sector).
• Ability to develop strategic, business-oriented solutions.
• Experience working with development teams, designers, marketing, and other stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills for data analysis and market research.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a dynamic environment.
• Experience negotiating with slot providers;
• Experience negotiating with casino game aggregators;
• Experience organizing tournaments and jackpots;
• Understanding of casino bonus mechanisms;
• Knowledge of online casino operations, including live casino and other features.
