Sales Manager – U.S. Market Focus Offline

SOLVENSY® Outsourcing Company specializes in business support in Ukraine and USA and has 16 years of customer service experience. We help our clients focus on their business mission and make other matters less addressed for them.

We are inviting a Sales Manager for the USA market in the field of accounting and consulting (C1 level is required, fluently with great pronouns) to join our team.

Hard skills require:

• spoken and written English proficiency at C1 (Advanced) level;
• spoken and written Ukrainian (Native);
• multitasking skills;
• phone and business writing (e-mails, messengers) skills;
• experience in sales to US clients (B2B and B2C);
• experience in creating a sales department from the ground up (will be an advantage);
• experience in selling accounting and consulting services (will be an advantage).

Soft skills required:

• sociability;
• determination;
• ability to work in a team;
• time management;
• striving for continuous professional development.

Job responsibilities:

• sales in the field of accounting and consulting;
• building a sales department from the ground up;
• CRM administration;
• participate in the search and attraction of new clients and partners for support or cooperation  For example: assessing the possible cooperation by way of analyzing the websites of potential partners (EA/CPA and/or Outsourcing companies);
• search and communicate with potential customers (B2B and B2C websites: clutch.co, g2.com, goodfirms.co, Upwork, Fiverr, and social media etc);
• communication in English and Ukrainian with potential and existing clients;
• participate in the creation of the marketing strategy.
