Junior Business Analyst to $1000 Offline

We're seeking a highly-motivated Business Analyst to join our team. 
 

Key Requirements:

• Strong English communication skills
• Proactivity and product-oriented thinking
• Client-focused mindset
• Experience in gathering and documenting requirements, defining project scope, and creating detailed functional specifications
• Understanding of business processes and the ability to align technical solutions with client needs
• Ability to identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend solutions that drive efficiency

A few notes about projects you'll be working on:

• mid-sized and large-sized projects with a roadmap of minimum 3-4 months; discovery phases
• custom development only using JS and Python, no Shopify, Wordpress, landing pages, bug fixes and support phases
• 80% in-house, 20% outstaff
• talented and easy-going engineers with huge potential
• clients primarily from the US (90%), as well as the UK and Germany
   

We are also considering candidates without significant experience but with a strong desire to grow.
