Retention Team Lead Offline

We are looking for a skilled Retention Manager (Senior/TL) to join our dynamic team in the iGaming industry.

Magnetics is a Ukrainian product marketing agency specialising in UX-UI, front-end, market research, product marketing, media advertising and affiliate marketing.
The company was founded in 2014.

🌟Requirements:

- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position
- Knowledge of retention tools and mechanics
- Understanding of metrics (MAU/DAU, RR,%, GGR, NGR, BC, ARPPU, LTV)
- Experience of working with a team 
- Experience with Game Managers, knowledge of the main processes of working with providers
- Knowledge of promotional mathematics

🎯Responsibilities:

- Planning and controlling the implementation of the promotional plan from idea to setup on the product website
- Monitoring, interpreting and improving key retention metrics, responding to their fluctuations
- Work on increasing LTV with the help of available tools
- Collaboration with design/development departments to implement new tools and retention features.
- Collaboration with GMs on the selection of games and agreements with providers
- Generate hypotheses and validate them with A/B tests
