Role Overview:
As the Head of Customer Success, you will play a key role in building, leading, and scaling our Customer Success team. You will be responsible for developing and implementing processes that ensure our customers thrive, while also shaping the future of the department and establishing a clear brand voice for customer interactions. Your goal is to increase customer satisfaction, reduce churn, and align the team’s KPIs with our company’s growth goals. You’ll recruit, lead and coach a talented team of CSMs, collaborate cross-functionally, and be the driving force behind customer success strategy and execution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build, lead, and scale a high-performing Customer Success team.
• Define, implement, and optimize scalable processes and workflows that drive customer satisfaction and success.
• Develop a consistent brand voice for customer interactions, aligning with ListKit’s mission and values.
• Own key performance indicators (KPIs) including customer retention, expansion, and overall satisfaction.
• Drive customer engagement initiatives, increasing product adoption and ensuring our clients achieve maximum value from our platform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, and Marketing, to enhance the customer experience.
• Create and execute customer success strategies that increase retention and drive revenue growth.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement based on customer feedback, product usage data, and team insights.
• Mentor and coach your team, promoting a culture of excellence, customer-centricity, and continuous learning.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in a leadership role within Customer Success for a SaaS company.
• Strong track record of building and scaling Customer Success teams, driving operational efficiencies, and delivering exceptional results.
• Deep understanding of SaaS metrics, customer lifecycle, and retention strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop a brand voice that resonates with customers.
• Experience implementing and optimizing customer success tools and technologies.
• Passionate about customer advocacy, with a proactive mindset in addressing customer needs and challenges.
• Proven ability to deliver KPIs and lead a team in meeting company-wide goals.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills, fostering a positive and high-performing team culture.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
