Junior Business Analyst Offline

We are looking for a Junior Business Analyst to join our dynamic team at Codebridge! If you’re passionate about analyzing and preparing product requirements, bringing value to the clients, and eager to grow in a supportive and innovative environment, we’d love to have you on board! 

Main responsibilities: 

• Requirements elicitation and structuring 
• Communication with the client in regard the requirements to the product 
• Analyzing already made designs, specs, and applications provided by the client 
• Preparing user stories and acceptance criteria for them 
• Participation on the discovery phases during the pre-sale 
• Regular clarification of requirements with the dev team  
• Support for designers in prototype preparation 
• Managing expectations of the client 

Requirements:  

• 0,5+ years of experience in business analysis on commercial projects 
• Experience in preparing use cases, user stories with acceptance criteria, and functional specifications 
• Experience in Agile/Scrum 
• Upper-intermediate English  
• Problem-solving and result-oriented approach 
• Critical and probing mindset, attention to details 
• Effective communications skills
