What we expect from you:
β Minimum of 5 years of comprehensive recruitment experience
β At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role within recruitment
β Proven background in international recruitment
β Strong skills in enhancing and optimizing recruitment metrics
β Track record of successfully recruiting for Tech\non-tech Middle, TOP, and C-level positions
β Exceptional organizational skills, with a meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage priorities effectively
β A collaborative team player capable of supporting various team needs and tasks
β Upper Intermediate English Level
What you will do:
β Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle to ensure an excellent result
β Closely cooperate with Hiring Managers to provide complete and detailed job descriptions and project team-member profiles
β Supervise and balance the workload of the recruitment team, setting priorities as needed
β Create and execute recruitment strategies that align with the organizationβs talent requirements
β Recruit for the most important positions, such as C-level, Tech Leads, and Heads
β Be responsible for creating a diverse pool of highly qualified candidates
β Design and improve key metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of our employment practices
