What we expect from you:
β€” Minimum of 5 years of comprehensive recruitment experience
β€” At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role within recruitment
β€” Proven background in international recruitment
β€” Strong skills in enhancing and optimizing recruitment metrics
β€” Track record of successfully recruiting for Tech\non-tech Middle, TOP, and C-level positions
β€” Exceptional organizational skills, with a meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage priorities effectively
β€” A collaborative team player capable of supporting various team needs and tasks
β€” Upper Intermediate English Level

 

What you will do:
β€” Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle to ensure an excellent result
β€” Closely cooperate with Hiring Managers to provide complete and detailed job descriptions and project team-member profiles
β€” Supervise and balance the workload of the recruitment team, setting priorities as needed
β€” Create and execute recruitment strategies that align with the organization’s talent requirements
β€” Recruit for the most important positions, such as C-level, Tech Leads, and Heads
β€” Be responsible for creating a diverse pool of highly qualified candidates
β€” Design and improve key metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of our employment practices
