Team Lead/Head of Finance Offline

We develop effective solutions and tools for business promotion and support and now we are searching for an experienced and self-driven Head/Team Lead of Finance to join our team! As a Head/Team Lead of Finance, you will mainly be responsible for developing and executing financial strategies aligned with the company’s growth objectives, monitoring and analyzing key revenue streams, ensuring profitability, and identifying areas for improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement financial strategy, and monitor financial cash flows aligned with the company’s growth objectives in the iGaming sector.
• Oversee annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling to support business decisions.
• Monitor and analyze key revenue streams, ensuring profitability and identifying areas for improvement.
• Managing financial risks inside an unconsolidated group of companies in various jurisdictions and safeguarding the company’s assets.
• Lead the preparation of accurate financial management reports for internal stakeholders and investors.
• Ensuring and managing periodical formal reporting for companies.
• Prepare formal reporting for our jurisdictions.
• Account management and processing.
• Support and assist the legal department on financial matters.
• Automation (income calculation, income accrual reporting, tax coverage in different places, marketing expense control) and process systematization.
• Collaboration with external providers to ensure the sustainability of the business's financial structure.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Senior Finance/Team Lead/Deputy in the iGaming/Crypto/Payment sectors, with a strong understanding of industry-specific details.
• Solid experience in financial management of unconsolidated companies, located in various jurisdictions.
• Advanced knowledge of financial management, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis, with a track record of driving profitability.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop finance teams, while collaborating effectively with other departments and external service providers.
• Ability to think strategically, analyze complex financial data, and provide actionable insights to support business growth and decision-making.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency with financial software and tools, including ERP systems, and experience in implementing technology-driven solutions for financial reporting and analysis.
• Upper Intermediate spoken and written English.
