Senior Shopify Developer

We are looking for a skilled Shopify Developer to join our team and help us enhance our e-commerce platform. This role requires a strategic thinker with a robust full stack development background and a deep understanding of Shopify's platform. If you're passionate about e-commerce development, enjoy solving technical challenges, and have experience building user-friendly online shopping solutions, this is the perfect opportunity for you. 

Key responsibilities: 

• Develop, maintain, and optimize Shopify websites.  
• Develop and integrate custom apps using Shopify’s API to extend website functionality. 
• Customize Shopify themes and build new features to meet business needs. 
• Ensure best practices in coding, performance, and security 
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Shopify websites  
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in e-commerce and Shopify development. 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams. 

Required Skills and Qualifications: 

• Strong understanding of Shopify architecture, APIs, and Liquid templating. 
• Strong skills in React.js, GraphQL, HTML5, CSS3. 
• Experience with headless CMS platforms (e.g., Contentful, Storyblok). 
• Extensive JavaScript experience, particularly with React.js and GraphQL. 
• Experience working in Agile teams and methodologies. 
• Strong familiarity with third-party libraries and APIs. 
• Proficiency with design tools like Sketch, Figma, or Invision. 
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 
• Strong communication skills for effective cross-functional collaboration. 
• English – Intermediate level and higher. 

Nice to have: 

• Experience with e-commerce optimization, SEO principles, and the Google Analytics suite. 
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira. 
• Certifications in Shopify development or similar credentials.
