Project description

Our Client is a leading developer of low-speed gas and diesel engines for marine propulsion.
The scope of our project is to develop the Integrated Digital Expert system which is used for monitoring and diagnostics. It fulfils both local and remote data access and analytics requirement, as well as local and remote troubleshooting purpose.

Responsibilities

Your day-to-day work and responsibilities:

Improving system quality by identifying issues and common patterns, and developing standard operating procedures

Enhancing applications by identifying opportunities for improvement, making recommendations and designing and implementing systems

Maintaining and improving existing codebases and peer review code changes

Skills

Must have

4-5 years of experience on a similar position (after graduation)

Strong software engineering skills and an understanding of system design patterns

Good knowledge in Typescript and React.

Experience with Timeseries DB and real-time data

SQL/PostgreSQL knowledge

Experience working in an agile environment.

Experience of presenting and implementing development team processes / best practices for environments, security, coding standards, QA processes etc

Experience in Industry/Manufactoring is highly desired !

Education in IT or other relevant domain

Experience with AWS Services (Lambda, SQS) are really welcome;
