Lead Generator/Pre-Sales Manager

Bato is a full-cycle web design and development agency. We’re looking for a proactive Lead Generator / Pre-Sales Manager to help us drive our business development strategy across the US and EU markets

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound requests from Dribbble, email, and other channels.
  • Search for opportunities and write proposals on Upwork.
  • Conduct initial discovery calls with potential clients to present the company and gather project details for the pre-sales stage.
  • Search for clients and partners via LinkedIn and email.
  • Explore and work with new lead generation channels.
  • Prepare initial project information and conduct pre-sales assessments.
  • Maintain documentation in the CRM.

 

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in Lead Generation, Pre-Sales, Sales, or IT B2B.
  • Strong written and spoken English.
  • High level of responsibility, independence, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Ambition to learn, grow, and improve skills quickly.
  • Results-Oriented: You're motivated to achieve targets and drive company growth.
