Business Development/Pre-Sales Manager

Bato is a full-cycle web design and development agency. We’re looking for a proactive Lead Generator / Pre-Sales Manager to help us drive our business development strategy across the US and EU markets. 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead generation

• Working with inbound requests (Dribbble, email, other channels).
• Finding clients and partners through LinkedIn, email outreach and other channels.
• Finding and testing new lead generation channels.
• Search for opportunities and write proposals on Upwork.

2. Pre-sales

• Conducting initial discovery calls.
• Company presentation and clarifying client needs.
• Preparing initial information about the project.
• Conducting preliminary assessments (pre-estimate) together with the technical team.

3. Lead management

• Supporting the lead through the sales funnel (follow-ups, clarifying requirements, intercalls).
• Preparing materials for the sales team or delivery.
• Documenting all information in CRM.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in Lead Generation, Pre-Sales, Sales, or IT B2B.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• High level of responsibility, independence, and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
• Ambition to learn, grow, and improve skills quickly.

• Results-Oriented: You're motivated to achieve targets and drive company growth.
