Work conditions:
- Probationary period: 3 months
- Work schedule: flexible working schedule, 8-hour working day, five-day workweek
Days off: 18 days off for personal needs and 10 days off due to illness (with retention of remuneration)

Key Responsibilities:
- Administer employee benefits and payroll.
- Lead performance management processes, including evaluations and feedback sessions.
- Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers on HR policies and best practices.
- Implement strategies for employee engagement, retention, and development.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Support organizational change and foster a positive workplace culture.
Manage HR records and ensure accuracy of employee data.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years in an HR Generalist or similar role, preferably in the IT industry.
- Experience with employee life cycle, including onboarding, performance management, and offboarding
- Expertise in managing peer and performance review processes and career development
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for conducting regular 1:1 meetings with employees and collaborating effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Experience in recruitment for various roles within an organization
- Upper – intermediate level of English or higher
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and tact.
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, willing to take initiative and contribute ideas.
