🔍 Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing player retention strategies (basic, bonus management experience is important here), including the development and implementation of bonus programmes.
  • Formation and optimisation of business processes in the marketing department.
  • Analysis of player behaviour and development of personalised offers to increase loyalty.
  • Managing operational marketing, including planning and execution of marketing campaigns.
  • Implementing and managing marketing automation tools.
  • Monitoring and analysing key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of CRM campaigns.
  • Analysing market trends and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.
  • Coordinating with other departments to ensure marketing efforts are aligned.
     

🔍 Your Profile:

  • Experience in managing bonus programmes and player retention strategies.
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems and analytics tools.
  • Experience in a senior marketing role, preferably in the gaming industry.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to new challenges.
  • Excellent analytical and strategic skills.
  • Ability to effectively manage a team and inspire employees.
  • Experience working with data and analytics to make informed decisions.
  • Experience with marketing automation and analytics tools
