Support Engineer (New York time zone) to $4000 Offline
We are looking for a Backend Support Engineer to join our support team. Your primary responsibility will be to support web applications and resolve technical issues in collaboration with the devOps team. If you have a strong technical background and experience with ticketing systems, this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot web applications.
- Collaborate closely with the devOps team to resolve technical issues.
- Deliver exceptional customer support and build positive relationships with end-users.
Requirements:
- Strong technical background: Solid understanding of web development concepts, programming languages (e.g., PHP, JavaScript), and frameworks (Laravel/Lumen, Yii2, Vue.js).
- Experience with ticketing systems: Proficiency in using Zendesk or similar systems for managing and resolving customer support issues.
- Excellent problem-solving skills: Ability to diagnose and fix technical issues efficiently.
- Effective communication skills: Ability to convey technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
