Email Marketing Specialist

RNK Health focuses on accessible, science-based OTC health products, supplements, and personalized nutritional recommendations in the US.

We are currently looking for an Email Marketing Manager to join our fast-growing team. The ideal candidate is highly organized, responsive, and an excellent communicator. You are analytical, creative, and driven by results, ready to manage high workloads while continuously optimizing performance. You will play a pivotal role in driving growth through effective email marketing strategies.

Must be ok working later hours at least until 1:00 PM NYC (Kyiv Time 14:00 - 22:00)

Location: Fully REMOTE  

Salary: Commensurate with experience

Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize automated email sequences to improve performance and engagement.
• Restore domain and IP reputations to enhance email deliverability.
• Conduct audits and analyze email campaigns, identifying reasons for performance fluctuations.
• Create and send broadcast emails aimed at increasing sales and customer retention.
• Test and implement new email marketing strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Ensure email campaigns comply with industry best practices and legal requirements (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.).
• Analyze and optimize key email metrics like open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
• Manage large volumes of data and email lists to achieve high-impact results.

Required Skills and Knowledge: 

• 3-5 years of experience as an Email Marketing Specialist.
• Hands-on experience in restoring domain and IP reputations.
• Strong understanding of email deliverability, best practices, and campaign optimization techniques.
• Proficiency with email automation platforms (e.g., ActiveCampaign, Mailchimp, Keap).
• Experience in creating and managing broadcast email campaigns.
• Expertise in database segmentation, A/B testing, and campaign analytics.
• Experience managing large email lists and high-volume email distributions.
• Knowledge of compliance regulations such as CAN-SPAM and GDPR.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Competencies: 

• Experience working in “health” niche.
• Multilingual abilities (preferred languages: English, Ukrainian, Spanish).
• Strong writing ability 
• Ability to use AI tools to generate creatives

• Ability to work with CRM’s like Keap, Active Campaign

   

Stages of the interview:

• Interview with HR (30 minutes)
• Meeting with Head of marketing and Operation Manager (45 minutes)
• Interview with СEO (15 minutes)
