Creative Strategist for Rapidly Growing Ecommerce Brand Offline

ReliveX is a fast-growing ecommerce brand specializing in pain relief. We sell various massage products targeted at individuals aged 40-80, particularly those suffering from chronic conditions such as neuropathy, edema, and back pain. Our products are designed to provide relief with just 15 minutes of daily use, significantly improving the quality of life for our customers.

 

In just four months, we have experienced rapid growth, expanding our presence from the Netherlands and Belgium to Germany, the United States, Australia, and soon, globally.

 

We are now looking for an experienced Creative Strategist to help us take the next step in our marketing and content strategy. We are currently running active ad campaigns on Facebook, and your role will be to develop new creative strategies and concepts based on campaign performance. Responsibilities:

 

- Data-driven concept development: You will develop new marketing and content concepts based on in-depth market research and performance data. You will collaborate closely with our marketing team to ensure that each concept has a proven foundation and is aimed at measurable results.

 

- Leading the creative process: You will manage editors and oversee the entire creative process from start to finish. This includes writing scripts, selecting the right B-roll, and working with influencers and content creators to produce high-quality content.

 

- Data analysis and dashboard management: You will manage a performance dashboard where all ad results are visible. You will analyze the data, identify trends, and use these insights to continuously develop new, improved concepts.

 

- High-quality production: You will oversee the realization of high-quality productions, including organizing large-scale shoot days with influencers or actors. This could be a monthly or regular production day, for which you will be responsible for planning and execution.

 

- Process optimization: You will contribute to improving our internal workflows, including collaboration with editors, and eventually, potentially copywriters, to set up more efficient and effective processes.

 

Who are we looking for?

 

- Experience in our niche: You have experience in marketing and content creation within a similar niche and understand the challenges and opportunities of reaching an older audience with chronic pain.

 

- Data-driven: You base all decisions on data and performance. You are experienced in interpreting data from campaigns and ads, and you can translate these insights into new strategies and creative concepts.

 

- Leadership skills: You have experience leading creative teams, such as editors and content creators, and can provide feedback and coordinate the entire process from script to final delivery.

 

- Creative and analytical: You strike a balance between creative thinking and analytical backing. You understand what works for our target audience and can turn that understanding into effective and unique marketing concepts.
