Middle Data Analyst\BI developer Offline

     Project Description: 

The client is a mission-driven, trans-founded company focused on radically increasing access to healthcare for the transgender and gender-nonconforming communities in the USA. Their vision is to transform healthcare for every trans life and build a virtual care home for the trans community.

 

     Must Haves:

  • 1+ years of  Solid experience in DBT (Data Build Tool) and proficiency in transforming and modeling data for reporting purposes.
  • Proven experience as a BI Developer, with a strong portfolio of projects using Looker Studio preferably, or other tools like Tableau, Qlik,  Amazon QuickSight, or similar platforms.
  • Strong understanding of SQL and database design, including relational and dimensional modeling.
  • Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and tools.
  • 1 year of experience using Python  (for ETL).
  • Experience in GCP (BigQuery) will be a plus.
  • Experience in airflow will be a plus. 
  • Experience in healthcare domain will be  a plus.
  • English is upper-intermediate or above.

     

    Additional Information:

  • Ability to work till 12:00 MST (21:00 CET time), and attend relevant meetings during that time

 

      Responsibilities:
 

  • Leverage DBT to transform and model data from raw sources to refined datasets suitable for reporting and analytics.
  • Design, develop, and implement BI reports and dashboards on top of DBT models using Looker Studio.
  • Perform ad hoc data analysis to identify issues or/and opportunities.
  • Ensure data quality, accuracy, and security across all reports and visualizations.
  • Work closely with data engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of data pipelines with BI tools.
  • Continuously monitor BI solutions to ensure timely updates and performance improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
