Digital Product Manager

Currently, we are seeking a Digital Product Manager to join our team.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage digital products’ roadmaps and ensure timely delivery of product milestones;
- Design and implement apps monetization (roadmap, budget, KPI's, delivery);
- Be responsible for product processes, including grooming, releases and testing, writing Acceptance Criteria for Manual QA, and possibly participating in testing itself;
- Create and detail tasks for the development team;
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to understand TRENDFORMER’s customer and consumer, strategic and competitive position, and deliver products that are recognized best in the industry;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and iterations;
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for assigned projects;
- Identify and leverage hidden opportunities for product and business growth;
- Create products that will be leaders in their field.
Our ideal candidate:
- Has at least 2 years of experience in product management or a related role, ideally with a background in digital products or apps;
- Has a proven experience in market research and competitive analysis;
- Has a very deep understanding of app monetization models and strategies;
- Has experience in working with user needs and problems: conducting and analyzing user interviews, creating user journeys, analyzing user behavior within the product;
- Has experience in finding product growth points and validating hypotheses with A/B tests, research, and other data;
- Has strong project management and organizational skills;
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities;
- Has excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills to work effectively.
