Financial manager (Krakow)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Financial Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be skilled in improving existing financial processes and building new ones from scratch in the tech industry, analyzing financial data and giving valuable insights for decision-making, and financial and managerial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive financial and managerial accounting, including data analysis and reporting, to provide actionable insights to management
• Utilize data analysis techniques to extract meaningful financial insights from complex business data
• Proactively provide ad hoc financial analysis and reports to support management decision-making
• Monitor and analyze cash flow from customer funds processed by various payment providers, effectively communicating with providers to resolve any issues and optimize cash flow management

• Contribute to the preparation of accurate statutory financial statements, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations in multiple jurisdictions

   

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in managerial accounting and financial reporting within complex business environments
• Demonstrated proficiency in using spreadsheet tools and business intelligence systems for data analysis and reporting
• Excellent communication and analytical skills, with a proven ability to work independently and take initiative
• A proactive mindset and a willingness to go above and beyond to achieve results
• A passion for continuous learning and professional development
• Knowledge of Ukrainian or Russian languages is preferred.
