We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Machine Learning Engineer with a strong specialization in Computer Vision to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will design, develop, and deploy state-of-the-art computer vision models that push the boundaries of what is possible with visual data. You will be responsible for creating robust, scalable solutions that address complex challenges across various industries, including healthcare, automotive, security, and many others.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and Development: Lead the end-to-end development of computer vision models for applications such as object detection, image and video classification, semantic segmentation, facial recognition, and OCR.
- Model Optimization: Optimize and fine-tune deep learning models, including CNNs, RNNs, GANs, and Transformer models, to achieve high accuracy and performance in real-world scenarios.
- Data Pipeline Management: Build and maintain data pipelines for large-scale image and video datasets, including data collection, preprocessing, augmentation, and annotation.
- Algorithm Implementation: Implement advanced algorithms and techniques to enhance model performance, reduce inference time, and improve scalability.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to integrate computer vision solutions into broader AI-driven applications and products.
- Research and Innovation: Stay updated on the latest advancements in computer vision and deep learning, applying new methodologies and technologies to improve existing models and develop innovative solutions.
- Deployment and Monitoring: Deploy models into production environments, ensuring their reliability, scalability, and ongoing monitoring for performance and accuracy.
- Documentation and Reporting: Document model development processes, performance metrics, and research findings, and communicate results to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in developing and deploying computer vision models in real-world applications.
- Proficiency with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, and OpenCV.
- Strong programming skills in Python, with experience in C++ or similar languages being a plus.
- Solid understanding of image processing techniques, neural network architectures, and optimization algorithms.
- Experience working with large-scale datasets and developing data pipelines for computer vision tasks.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field with a focus on machine learning, computer vision, or AI is preferred.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in industries such as healthcare, automotive, security, or retail.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes) for deploying ML models.
