While we are growing in GEOs and partners, our team also has to become bigger. We are looking for a Middle Talent Acquisition manager with experience in closing Business positions.

You already have:

• 2+ years of experience in product IT company of marketing/recruitment agency;
• Deep understanding of Affiliate marketing / iGaming / Dating verticals;
• High-level skills in searching and interviewing candidates;
• Excellent track records in hiring candidates for the following departments: Marketing, Product, BizDev, Analytics, Finance;
• Experience in recruitment in Europe and America;
• Upper-Intermediate level of English;
   

Your tasks:

• Be responsible for the full life cycle recruitment;
• Actively source candidates and pass them through a recruitment funnel;
• Cooperate directly with the hiring managers;
• Hire candidates in Ukraine, Europe and America;
• Recruit Business candidates (marketing, product, analytics, bizdev, finance, etc)
