Shopify Project Manager to $600 Offline

Now, we’re seeking a skilled and proactive Project Manager to join us on this exciting journey.

 

What You’ll Do:

Manage Workload: Oversee and allocate tasks among developers.

Ensure Deadlines: Track and ensure timely completion of all project milestones.

Task Verification: Review and approve tasks before delivering to clients, and formulate clear technical tasks before assigning them to developers.

Estimate Projects: Assist in project estimation and ensure clear communication to developers.

Client Communication: Take the lead on most client communications, ensuring fast and efficient responses. Manage expectations and keep clients informed about the progress. Developers will be looped into conversations as needed, but you will be the primary point of contact.

Initiative and Process Improvement: Proactively suggest ideas and implement convenient tools for the team’s work (spreadsheets, software, daily meetings, etc.). For example, create an efficient process for delivering audits to clients regarding their online stores. Work with ClickUp to assign tasks to developers and create clear decompositions where clients can see all completed tasks and the hours spent on them.

Monitor Hours: Track and confirm worked hours with clients every Friday for billing.


Required Skills:

  • Understanding of Shopify technology and technical experience is important.
  • At least 1 year of experience as a Project Manager.
  • B2+ level in English.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex information to both clients and team members.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Previous experience in e-commerce is a plus.
