Lead Generation Manager IT (B2B)

Important:
● Ability to search clients on Upwork, Linkedin, Facebook;
● Skill of finding the right words during negotiations;
● Desire to grow in IT field and achive new goals.

 

Requirements:
● Experience in lead generation or sales for at least 1 year;
● Proactivity and focus on achieving results and KPIs;
● Desire to develop and grow as a professional;
● Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
● High level of organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities:
● Active search and attraction of new customers in the B2B segment;
● Building chains of contacts: creating scripts and message templates, sending them and responding to the first contacts with leads via LinkedIn, Facebook, E-mail and other channels;
● Conducting negotiations with potential customers and organizing meetings for Sales managers;
● Entering and updating data in the CRM system for efficient customer and contact record keeping;
● Enriching the base of potential customers using tools such as Snov.io, Sales Navigator and others.
