Job Description:
As a Creative Manager/Designer at MX2, you will be responsible for overseeing all creative processes and ensuring that our visual and branding strategies are effectively communicated. You will collaborate with various departments to develop creative concepts that enhance our brand presence and engage our target audience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute creative strategies that align with company goals and brand guidelines.
- Oversee the entire creative process from concept to completion, including graphic design, digital content, and marketing materials.
- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and sales teams to create compelling visual content and campaigns.
- Ensure consistency and quality of all creative outputs across various channels, including digital and social media.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to keep the company’s creative efforts on the cutting edge.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer preferences, and apply insights to creative strategies.
Present creative concepts and designs to stakeholders and effectively communicate the rationale behind design choices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a creative role.
- Proven experience in managing creative projects from inception to completion.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of creative work, including branding, digital design, and marketing collateral.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Ability to think creatively and strategically, with a strong attention to detail.
Experience in digital marketing, social media, and web design is a plus.
