Project Manager (DeFi, Blockchain, Web3) Offline

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a deep understanding of blockchain, particularly within the Solana ecosystem, to oversee and coordinate the successful delivery of our cutting-edge blockchain projects. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in project management and a passion for the blockchain space.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of blockchain projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and external partners, to ensure project milestones are met.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget management.
• Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress, risks, and challenges.
• Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical team members, ensuring a shared understanding of project goals and requirements.
• Manage the integration of Solana-based solutions into existing platforms, overseeing the development and deployment of new blockchain networks.
• Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Continuously monitor industry trends, particularly within the Solana ecosystem, and incorporate relevant advancements into project strategies.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement lessons learned in future projects.
   

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in project management, with a strong focus on technology or blockchain-related projects.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex blockchain projects, particularly those involving Solana.
• Deep understanding of blockchain technology, including consensus mechanisms, smart contracts, and decentralized applications (DApps).
• Familiarity with the Solana ecosystem, including its architecture, development tools, and key projects.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Trello.
• Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
   

Preferred Skills:

• PMP, Scrum Master, or other relevant project management certifications.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, startup environment.
• Knowledge of other blockchain platforms like Ethereum, Polkadot, or Cosmos.
• Understanding of DeFi, NFTs, and other blockchain applications.
• Experience with risk management and quality assurance in a technology setting.
