UI/UX Designer SaaS E-Commerce CRM to $3000 Offline

We are hiring an experienced UI/UX Designer with a strong background in building advanced SaaS CRM systems specifically for the Amazon platform. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in designing robust CRM solutions that and power high-traffic online stores, improve user engagement, and streamline backend workflows. This role requires deep expertise in user experience design, data visualization, and workflow optimization within the e-commerce space. You will play a pivotal role in developing intuitive, scalable systems that address complex business needs and deliver exceptional performance.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop high-performing CRM systems that serve the needs of e-commerce businesses, focusing on automation, user efficiency, and scalability.
  • Create user-centric dashboards and interfaces for managing customer interactions, order tracking, and backend e-commerce operations.
  • Lead user research and analysis to understand pain points in the e-commerce and CRM space, using insights to guide design decisions.
  • Develop interactive prototypes and user flows that optimize complex workflows, including sales management, customer support, and order processing.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and data teams to ensure that all designs are properly implemented and aligned with business goals.
  • Drive the creation and maintenance of design systems to ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints.
  • Apply advanced data visualization techniques to represent customer data, KPIs, and other performance metrics effectively in CRM dashboards.
  • Continuously test, iterate, and improve designs based on user feedback and performance metrics.
  • Stay up-to-date with e-commerce industry trends and incorporate best practices into the design process.

     

Required Skills and Expertise:

  • 2+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design, with a focus on CRM systems and e-commerce platforms like Amazon.
  • Deep understanding of e-commerce workflows including order management, customer relationship management, sales pipelines, and customer support.
  • Expertise in Figma and other prototyping tools (e.g., Adobe XD, Sketch), with a strong ability to create detailed interactive prototypes and wireframes.
  • Proficiency in designing for scalability and performance, ensuring that CRM systems can handle large volumes of data and complex user interactions.
  • Strong skills in data visualization and the ability to translate complex data sets into user-friendly dashboards and reports.
  • Proven experience working on CRM or ERP systems for e-commerce, optimizing customer lifecycle management, and integrating third-party tools (e.g., payment gateways, analytics, marketing automation).
  • Expertise in creating design systems and managing the implementation of consistent design elements across complex platforms.
  • Solid knowledge of HTML/CSS, enabling clear communication with developers and ensuring pixel-perfect execution of designs.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing, user testing, and other UX optimization techniques to drive continuous improvement.

     

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with B2B and B2C e-commerce platforms, understanding the different requirements and workflows.
  • Prior experience with headless e-commerce solutions or PIM (Product Information Management) systems.
  • Knowledge of responsive design and mobile-first UI/UX best practices.
