QA Engineer (Manual+Automation) (offline)
As a Software QA Engineer, you will be part of a long-term B2B iGaming Platform project that leverages cutting-edge technologies, high load, and microservice architecture. Your tasks will include E2E testing of bonus mechanics, working with backend requests (REST, GraphQL), and optimizing and expanding test cases.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manual QA testing GraphQL API and WEB applications;
- Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases;
- Estimate, prioritise, plan and coordinate testing activities;
- Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved;
- Identify quality assurance process bottlenecks and suggest actions for improvement;
- Investigate product quality in order to make improvements to achieve better customer satisfaction
- Report bugs and errors to development teams;
- Help troubleshoot issues;
- Conduct post-release/ post-implementation testing;
- Actively participate in creation of an environment for automated testing;
- Identify specific cases that should be automated and discuss them with Product Team and Developers;
- Writing and support of auto-tests.
Skills & Qualifications Required:
- Up to 2 years of Manual QA/Testing experience
- Experience in the iGaming niche for 1 year or more
- Experience in API testing (Rest/GraphQL)
- Intermediate knowledge of several software development concepts including the software development jargon: source control, agile planning, frameworks, tools and libraries, and so on
- Skilled in Issue & Project Tracking Systems (e.g. Jira) including experience in managing dashboards, and filters to reflect actual situations on the project
- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
- Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test documentation (test cases, test reports, etc.)
- Solid experience in requirements review and refinement. Able to support PM with Acceptance Criteria creation
- Proven experience in testing of cross-browser Web applications
- Hands-on experience with functional and non-functional testing (including Accessibility, Performance testing)
- Intermediate understanding of HTML/CSS, JSON/XML
- Intermediate understanding of SDLC, Agile Concepts, and QA best practices across the SDLC
- Basic knowledge and practical experience of Risk evaluation and mitigation techniques
Will be a BIG plus:
• Experience with Devtools (Console, Network Traffic, Application tabs)
• Experience working with databases
• Hands-on microservice architecture testing experience
• Test Rail experience, knowledge about existing best practices
• Understanding and experience with the CI/CD approach
• Interact experience with the AQA team, ability to run existing AQA tests, analyze logs
• Hands-on experience with platform testing
