HR manager

Arounda — Product Design & Development Agency looking for HR manager to join our growing team.

Our future HR manager should be able to motivate and engage the team toward common outcomes. He or she must feel the needs and potential of our employees and help them grow in the business. Our HR should be prepared to multi-task, work in a fast-paced environment, and find effective solutions to complex issues.

We are looking for someone who can create an atmosphere of teamwork and team building. We expect our future HR manager to understand that all team members are important and that each individual has their own role and value.

Requirements:

• 1+ year HR management experience, preferably in a design agency, development agency, or product company
• Strong knowledge of HR processes including onboarding, adaptation, and offboarding
• Communicative skills
• Experience in organizing online and offline events (team-building, workshops)
• Flexibility and adaptability
• Experience in collecting and analyzing feedback (surveys, performance reviews, 1:1s)
• Excellent management and interpersonal skills to support and guide team members

• Proficiency in Google Sheets/Docs (experience with ATS, CRM, or other HR tools is a plus).

   

Responsibilities:

• Manage employee onboarding, adaptation, and offboarding processes
• Maintain and update accurate employee records and HR documentation
• Implement and oversee feedback mechanisms and transform insights into improvements
• Management of command channels
• Organize company events online and offline to strengthen team culture
• Manage Employee Benefits with head of department (Self-care program, Educational program)
• Arrange of congratulations on birthdays and anniversaries in the company
