Digital Marketing Specialist Offline

We seek a skilled and passionate Digital Marketing Specialist/ Ads Specialist to join our dynamic team for IT projects (domains: Digital, Cloud&DevOps, Data Science &AI, Embedded Engineering. The position is Ukraine-based only. Our ideal candidate is a result-oriented, proactive person with a knack for driving processes and initiating improvements. They are eager to learn and proficient in popular marketing tools.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing
• Experience in the IT industry (experience working in digital agencies with IT companies is considered relevant)
• Expertise in LinkedIn Ads and Meta Ads
• Strong analytical skills: the ability to analyze data and key performance indicators, interpret them, draw conclusions, and translate them into action plan
• Experience working with Google Ads and analytics tools (i.e. Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Tag Manager, Google AdWords, Ahrefs, Clarity)
• Basic knowledge of SEO
• Proven successful experience in lead generation via digital advertisement
• Expertise in managing budgets based on targets and objectives

• Intermediate or higher English level
