Head of Delivery (offline)

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide leadership, ownership, and accountability for the Service Delivery Team.
- BPM and CRM project implementation with partners for Corporate/Enterprise Tier customers.
- Define and implement the Service Delivery Strategy.
- Liaise with the business and develop, implement, monitor and report upon SLAs.
- Forecast and operate within agreed budgets for the service delivery function such as resourcing and operations.
- Working with Partners to ensure the project is being executed according to the developed strategy, in a timely manner and within the confirmed budget.
- Maintaining high clients` satisfaction level by accomplishing projects according to the set up KPIs.

WHAR WE EXPECT:
- Fluency in English is a must
- Experience in IT projects implementation.
- Proficient in Operations Management, with demonstrable knowledge of methods, techniques and tools for planning and organising.
- Project management experience with full-cycle Corporate and Enterprise projects.
- Strong and practical knowledge in main project methodologies: Waterfall, Scrum, Kanban.
- Strong computer skills (MS Office, MS Project and Project Server, MS Visio or other business-processes modelling software).
