QA Lead (offline)

Project: eCommerce (Worldwide Cosmetic Retailer).
Technologies : .NET, Azure DB, Sitecore, MySQL, Oracle SQL, Octopus, AzureDevOps, MS Test Manager.

Purpose of the Role:
QA Lead is a quality control leader over given group of implementation teams. Responsibilities are set towards the team activities to let them understand, follow and cooperate on improvements related to company test approach and quality assurance expectations. Help them get connected and cooperate between the teams, mentor and coach them where needed. Should act as single point of contact for cooperation request or escalations. QA Lead should help the managers to maintain test members people management like participation on test members recruitment, performance or capacity reviews.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure proper Test process follow-up;
- Implements and consult given QA activities in scrum teams, provide regular feedback to QA representatives;
- Support test scope definition within the context of each release / delivery;
- Monitor deliverables quality level and consult with manager;
- Evaluate and manage test resources performance, needs, assignments fulfillment;
- Collect and evaluate test related measurements and metrics upon the given implementation domain / teams;
- Support new team members recruitment and their induction;
- Test related mentor & coach for all the appointed SCRUM team members.


Requirements:
- Knowledge about/experience with most common Software development lifecycle methodologies;
- Experience with test strategy, test plan and acceptance criteria definition;
- Proven experience with test analysis, ability to mentor given team members with test best practices;
- Agile and iterative methodologies experience like SCRUM;
- Test and defect management tools experience;
- Excellent Analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Good presentational and communicative skills;
- Nice if you have about 1 year experience in test leading / test management. But if you don't - we are ready you to grow with us;
- English - written, spoken level B2/C1.
