Middle+ Full Stack Developer (offline)

Key Responsibilities:
 

1. Website Development:
   • Develop and maintain responsive, user-friendly websites.
   • Collaborate with the design team to translate UI/UX designs into functional web pages.
      
2. Script Development:
   • Write and optimize scripts for various applications.
   • Ensure code quality and performance through testing and debugging.
      
3. Web-Based Software Development:
   • Design, develop, and maintain web-based software applications.
   • Work with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
      
4. Mentoring Junior Front-End Developers:
   • Provide guidance and support to junior front-end developers.
   • Conduct code reviews and share best practices.
      
5. Front-End Development:
   • Implement front-end features using modern JavaScript frameworks.
   • Ensure seamless user experiences across different devices and browsers.
      
6. Back-End Development:
   • Develop server-side logic using PHP and JavaScript.
   • Integrate front-end elements with back-end systems.
      
7. Server Issues:
   • Troubleshoot and resolve server issues.
   • Optimize server performance and ensure scalability.
      

What We're Looking For:
 

• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in PHP and JavaScript.
  • Strong experience with front-end frameworks and libraries.
  • Solid understanding of web development principles and best practices.
  • Experience with database management and server-side technologies.
  • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
     
• Soft Skills:
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • High level of responsibility and reliability.
  • Non-toxic attitude and a positive approach to problem-solving.
  • Product thinking mindset: ability to understand and contribute to the product's vision and goals.
