Overview:

The Sr. Project Manager (SPM) – Strategic Program Manager is responsible for the successful planning and execution of project management and implementation, portfolio management, process innovation, and team development. This role oversees the factors that govern project and program success, including the management and delivery of tasks within time, scope, and budget, as well as delivering functionality agreed upon within the initiatives. The role also provides project management implementation and oversight of Loftware projects, ensuring that sound project management processes are created, implemented, monitored, and maintained across the company. The ideal candidate is an experienced and motivated project manager, team player, excellent communicator, and creative mind who thinks outside the box.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Implement Loftware projects for customers, ensuring they proceed according to scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.
  • Project Portfolio Monitoring: Actively monitor and control project portfolios, providing project management support to delivery teams to improve internal team growth and project performance.
  • Process Innovation: Create, innovate, improve, document, and educate on new processes, templates, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Technical Understanding: Understand the foundations of Loftware technical systems architecture.
  • Strategic Planning: Prepare detailed project plans and strategic plans for multi-phase initiatives.
  • Team Guidance: Provide remote guidance to delivery teams, building and motivating team members to meet project goals and adhere to their responsibilities, Loftware best practices, processes, methodologies, and project milestones.
  • Scope and Time Management: Manage initiative scope, time management, and changes per program scope.
  • Success Criteria: Define success criteria and disseminate them to involved team members throughout the program life cycle.
  • Reporting: Report on project success criteria results, metrics, test, and deployment management, ideally through largely automated reports via a Professional Services Automation (PSA) system.

Qualifications:

  • English Proficiency: Minimum C2 level
  • Experience: Proven experience as a project manager in a similar role
  • Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
