Chief Operating Officer (offline)

An international product company is seeking an experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to oversee the day-to-day operations and procedures of our organization.
The main task of this position is to build and organize our processes and team interactions in the company so that it operates efficiently, effectively and proactive. If you are confident in your potential and are ready to apply your ideas and experience, welcome to join us 

    Required Skills and Qualifications:

 

  • 5+ years of experience in a leadership position
  • Excellent leadership skills
  • Understanding of advanced business planning issues
  • Ability to analyse data and performance metrics
  • Ability to diagnose problems and anticipate potential issues
  • English - upper-intermediate level or higher 
  • Experience in IGaming will be an advantage

    Main responsibilities:

    Operations management
  • monitoring and coordinating the daily operations of the company
  • ensuring the implementation of strategic plans and achievement of set goals
    Process optimization
  • construction of internal processes to assess efficiency and productivity, regular analysis and optimization
  • implementation of best practices and innovations to optimize the company's performance
    Interaction between departments
  • ensuring effective communications and interaction between various departments of the company
  • solutions and elimination of barriers between departments
    Strategic planning
  • participation in the development and implementation of company strategies and plans
  • interaction with other top managers to agree on strategic goals and plan actions
    Quality and risk control
  • ensuring compliance with quality standards and monitoring compliance with established rules and regulations
  • identification and management of operational risks
