UI/UX Designer for B2B SaaS in sports industry (offline)

OpenCourt is a sports club booking and membership management SaaS. We're a B2B product in the niche of pickleball, the fastest growing sport in America (look it up!). We're very young but are already growing rapidly!

We're currently a team of 3 engineers. Amongst other hires, we're actively looking for a UI/UX Product Designer to assist us with all our design needs.

This is a part-time position that might become a full-time one as we grow.

About you:

- You've worked closely with development teams and collaborated on web and mobile applications with them

- You have plenty of web and mobile applications that you designed, that you are proud of and can show off 

- You understand what early-stage startup environment is like

- You understand what it means to truly take leadership and ownership over design work for a project – you'll be getting directions from me (along with all necessary context), and I'll expect you to be autonomous enough to not be micromanaged – while producing lots of high-quality output

- You have good enough English to be able to talk to patient English-speaking team members

We're full remote, based in the US. We have no set work schedule, but require daily overlap for productive collaborative work.
