HESH is a Ukrainian product company working on a new manufacturing management solution. We are inviting an experienced Sales Representative to join our team.
The primary goal of this position is to support our team in driving sales and establishing strong relationships with clients.
Responsibilities:
- Develop new sales opportunities and attract new clients.
- Conduct product demonstrations for potential clients.
- Negotiate and close deals with clients.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through regular interaction and support.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve set goals.
- Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to optimize the sales process.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, analyze market trends, and monitor competitors.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in SaaS product sales or B2B sales.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to conduct effective negotiations and close deals.
- Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to build long-term relationships.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to work in a team and collaborate with different departments.
- Proficiency in English (Upper Intermediate level or higher).
Would be a great plus (but not mandatory):
- Experience with CRM systems and other sales management tools.
- Understanding of SaaS technologies and products.
- Knowledge of additional foreign languages.
