Responsibilities
🔹 Pursue potential clients, analyze business needs, and identify new growth opportunities
🔹 Generate leads using various channels (including resources like Upwork and LinkedIn)
🔹 Learn to close deals by skillfully negotiating terms, overcoming objections, and finalizing agreements
🔹 Develop relations with potential clients to find how we can help them achieve their goals
🔹 Work with team managers to develop the best selling strategy for every team and domain
🔹 Research and employ new channels and strategies as a part of sales department effort
🔹 Maintain the well-established workflow (prioritization, automation, CRM, smart KPIs)
