We’re looking for a Sales Manager who’s hungry to take ownership, build relationships, and grow with us.
What you’ll do:
• Drive sales of our developer outsourcing & outstaffing services.
• Work with warm leads from our marketing efforts and generate your own pipeline via LinkedIn, cold calls, and creative outreach.
• Understand each client’s tech needs and team dynamics, and offer tailored solutions.
• Own the sales cycle — from discovery call to closed deal.
