HR Talent Career Manager to $1200 Offline

We are a global product development company with a portfolio of supplement brands featured on the Amazon platform (USA, UK, Germany). With over 7 years of successful product promotion experience, we are looking for a highly qualified human talent manager who will help grow our E-commerce team. 

 

We are looking for someone passionate about screening and interviewing new talent for our team. Our ideal candidate can identify potential talent, encourage new hires, and ensure their effective onboarding. You should be able to respond and adapt to new events and continuously learn and grow in the HR field. We wholeheartedly support your development in this regard. 

 

In our team we have no bureaucracy and give our colleagues complete freedom to make decisions and achieve significant results. The Talent Manager reports to the Management Board directly (CEO, COO).

 

Your future tasks:

Vacancy Management: Create job descriptions, oversee vacancy postings, and monitor incoming applications. Regularly use effective recruitment sources and analyze new sources;

 

Search ideal candidates: identify qualified candidates, invite, and encourage prospective candidates for interview. Screen candidates, shortlist the ideal candidates.

 

Interview: hold interviews and make hiring recommendations to the management. Prepare disposition sheets after each interview.

Hiring: stay in touch with short-listed candidates and notify them results of tests/interviews. Work with successful applicants and prepare job offers.

 

Talent Management: lead, plan, and organize onboarding/offboarding procedures, including providing presentation of the project, introducing new employees to the company; ensure new hires are provided with adequate training regarding the project and relevant policies to perform the job to the best of their ability and are assimilated into company culture;

 

Internship: proactively seeks potential internship candidates through diverse channels, including job boards, college career centers, social media, and professional networks.

 

Operation review: Support management of disciplinary and grievance issues; review all tasks of new hires are well recorded and completed on time.
 

The talent manager coordinates the full cycle of the process of the recruitment of new employees as well as developing internship programs by initiating outreach efforts and creating partnerships with educational institutions. This role aims to identify top talent, improving efficiency and reducing the time needed to hire interns/junior-middle level specialists for the project’s immediate needs.
